WhatsApp numbers, accounts, templates and conversations
The client company is responsible for its WhatsApp numbers, accounts, templates, permissions, consents and conversations. It is also responsible for checking that its messages and automations comply with applicable WhatsApp Business policies.
Dependency on external services
Eido Receptionist depends on external services such as Meta and WhatsApp, as well as technical providers needed for hosting, communications, automation and artificial intelligence. Changes, incidents, restrictions or suspensions in those services may affect Eido Receptionist.
Availability, maintenance and changes
Eido Automation may perform maintenance, improvements, configuration changes and reasonable modifications to the service. Operational impact will be reduced where possible, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The website, documentation, technical configuration, software, flows, texts, brands and elements developed by Eido Automation belong to Eido Automation or their respective owners. The client company keeps its own content, brands and data.
Data protection
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. When a client company uses Eido Receptionist to assist its users, it must inform them and rely on the appropriate legal basis.
Suspension or termination
The service may be suspended or terminated in case of breach of these terms, abusive use, security risk, non-payment, external provider requirement or legal need. Termination will not affect pending obligations or data that must be legally retained.
Reasonable limitation of liability
Eido Automation will provide the service with reasonable diligence. To the extent permitted by law, it will not be liable for damage caused by misuse by the client company, false or incomplete information, breach of WhatsApp policies, unavailability of external services or decisions made without suitable human review.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Law and jurisdiction
Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, Spanish law will apply. The specific contractual jurisdiction remains pending confirmation in the service contract if a specific forum is to be set.

Before closing a final contractual version, the following should be confirmed: tax/VAT identifier if it must be published, specific technical providers, service level, retention period and specific contractual jurisdiction.
