Tesla Model Y

Customer: Tesla

Location: Berlin, Germany

At Tesla's Gigafactory in Berlin, the project focused on commissioning and cycle time optimization of welding lines, fully aligned with the SICAR standard, to ensure seamless production and high efficiency.

Karosseriebau T7

Customer: VW

Location: Hannover, Germany

At Volkswagen's Hannover factory, the Karosseriebau T7 project integrated safety and performance tests while fine-tuning software for welding cells, ensuring compliance with the VASS 6 standard and smooth operations.

Volvo 620D

Customer: VOLVO

Location: Ghent, Belgium

For the Volvo 620D project in Ghent, I programmed welding lines from offline programming to on-site assistance, ensuring a turnkey solution with PLC software development and supporting the production start-up to guarantee optimal performance.

KAROBAU 2020

Customer: MAN

Location: Munich, Germany

For the MAN project, I provided production support, fine-tuned HMI screens according to the VASS 5 standard, and implemented custom client requests, ensuring smooth operation and full compliance with industry standards.
